1 INGREDIENTS
* Undercut beef 1/2 kg * Garlic paste 1 tbsp * Vinegar 2 tbsp * Crushed black peppe 1 tbsp * Brown bread 10 slices * Powdered Jaggery 1 tsp * Soya sauce 2 tbsp * Pickled cucumber 4 pieces * Pickled green chillies 4 green * Cooking oil 3 tbsp * Salad leaves as required * Salt to taste * Ingredients for sauce: * Carrot (chopped) 1 * Mayonnaise 1/2 cup * Mustard paste 1 tbsp * Crushed black pepper 1/3 tbsp * Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp 2 COOKING DIRECTIONS 1.Place undercut in fridge for 3 hours. 2. Cut into thin strips when meat hardens. 3. Heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic and undercut, fry for 3 minutes. 4. Add black pepper, vinegar, jaggery, soya sauce and salt in sauce pan. 5. Fry for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. 6. To make sauce, mix well all sauce ingredients in a bowl. 7. Cut triangles from brown bread and slightly grill them till grill marks appear on them. 8. Place undercut, cucumber and chilli pickles, and salad leaves on half the bread slices. 9. Cover with the other slices and serve. ![]()
