Ingredients:
Shaan or anyother tandoori masalah 1packent
Boneless chicken or chicken breasts 2plbs
(cut in cubes with minimum bones)
Lemon 1 medium
Yougurt 4 Tbsp
Green pappers 1 medium (Cut in 1 inch squares)
Corriander
Green chillies
Ginger
Oil
Method:
1. Marinade Chicken with almost 1/2 the packet of Shann tandoori masalah and lemon juice to almost 1Tbsp sqeezed size and leave it for 2 hrs.
2. Bring oil to heat..then after it gets a bit hot then pour the marinated chicken into the heated oil. Stir it , keep frying it for almost 10 minutes with sprinkles of water added after every 2-3 minutes to keep it from sticking down the pan.
3. After almost 15 minutes of continuos cooking add 2-3 Tbsp of stirred yougurt in the cooking chicken and little bit of water , close the lid and leave it for cooking for almost 15 minutes on low medium heat , while chicken is still cooking and the water gets evaporated from chicken, add green peppers in cubes and stir it a little with chicken...dont close the lid ...cook it for at least 10 min more that green peppers are not overly cooked..., keep checking the chicken when it looks ready take it off from the stove, garnish it with green corriander, green chillies and thinly sliced ginger. Serve it hot with tandoori roti or naan.
