terii baate.n hii sunaane aaye
dost bhii dil hii dukhaane aaye

phuul khilate hai.n to ham sochate hai.n
tere aane ke zamaane aaye

aisii kuchh chup sii lagii hai jaise
ham tujhe haal sunaane aaye

ishq tanhaa hai sar-e-manzil-e-Gam
kaun ye bojh uThaane aaye

ajanabii dost hame.n dekh ke ham
kuchh tujhe yaad dilaane aaye

dil Dha.Dakataa hai safar ke hangaam
kaash phir ko_ii bulaane aaye

ab to rone se bhii dil dukhataa hai
shaayad ab hosh Thikaane aaye

kyaa kahii.n phir ko_ii bastii uja.Dii
log kyuu.N jashn manaane aaye

so raho maut ke pahaluu me.n ’Faraz’

niind kis vaqt na jaane aaye
