Boneless chicken achar handi
Ingredients:

CHICKEN bone les 250 gms
onion 100 gms
tometo 50 gms
green pepper 4 nos
green coriander for garnishan
garlic 6 cloves
ginger 1 inc. pice
salt to taste
red pepper 2 tsp
coriaander pwd 1 tsp
zeera pwd 1/2 tsp
haldi 1/4 tsp
kalwanji seeds 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 2nos
oil 1/4 cup
yougert 1/2 cup
methi dana 1/4 tsp
sounf 1/2 tsp

Method:
CUT chicken bone less in cubes put all ingredients in pan cook it for 10 min. with led after 10 mints when chicken tender add oil nd fry this serve in handi with garnation of coriander nd green chillies . tasty bone less achar handi is ready .serve with rice nd nan
