Zindgaani mein jab kisi ko pyaar hota hai
lab pe khamoshi aur seene mein toofaan hota hai

nazrein milte hi ek ankaha ikraar hota hai
har pal milne ko dil bas bekarar hota hai

lagte hi zamane ko khabar ye pyaar nilaam hota hai
muhabbat karne walon ka bas yahi anjaam hota hai

waqt ke saath ye jakham aur bhi gehra hota hai
dil mein yaar ki judai ka bas dard bhara hota hai

kaun kehta hai ki pyaar kabhi poora hota hai
theek se dekho yarron........
pyaar ka pehla akshar hi adhoora hota hai"..
