Ingredients - 500 Gms. Pomfret Fish Whole - 2 Tbsp Yoghurt - juice Of 2 Lemons - 1 Tsp Ginger / Garlic - 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp Coriander Powder - dash Of Red Food Colouring - 1 Tsp All Spice - l Tsp Cummin Powder - 2 Tbsp Oil Instructions Clean and dry the fish. Make slits on it. Mix all the other ingredients, except the oil. Coat the fish well with this masala mixture. Put it on the rack of a deep roasting pan and brush the oil over the fish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. ![]()
