Chadar ki silvaton koTera aks meetata hoga...

Khayalon ki Diwaaron par Teri chaahat ka asar
Shabnami boond ban ke kuch der ruk jata hoga...

Amaltaas darakht keTane par likha humara naam
Ghumne aaye dinon ki Tujhe bhi yaad dilata hoga...

Us din mere ghar ko tune Jis taraha sajaya thaa
Ab aaine par jami gard Kaun aake hatata hoga...

Bazaar ki raunak mai Tujhe main waha dhundta hu
Jaha aage nikal jaane par Tu mujhe bulata hoga...

Raat ko tanahai ki razaai Odhke so jaane ke baad
Kaun subha mujhe ko Aawaaz de ke uthata hoga...
