Ghamon se hi tute dil ko shaad kar le
Mumkin ho toh khud ko barbaad kar le

Kahete hai guzre zamaane aate nahi
Chal beete lamhon ko phir yaad kar le

Yaad kar ke toh sirf dard hoga haasil
Har dard se ab khud ko azaad kar le

Jeete ji toh naa hui kabhi kadar teri
Yaad tujhe woh shayad tere baad kar le

Aur bhi hai bandde khuda ke darbaar mein
Bas ' tu yeh aakhri fariyaad kar le
