Chicken Pakora Recipe


Ingredients:

16 small chunks of chicken breast


1 large onion

1 approx same size piece of ginger

1 clove garlic

1tsp pepper (if u want it spicy )


1 teaspoon lemon juice or

2 teaspoon plan yogurt

1 1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Blend everything but chicken and butter in blender until fine. Use this to marinate the chicken for 1 hr. Mix water with butter until butter is thick as honey. Put chicken in butter. Fry pieces under low heat to a medium brown. Enjoy it as an appetizer or snack. Serves 4-6.
