Ingredients:
Boiled Rice ½ kg
Eggs 4
Capsicum 1
Tomatoes 1
Green Onion 250 gm
Green Chilies 6
Cumin 2 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Green Coriander ½ bunch
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• Beat the eggs.
• Add in capsicum, tomatoes, green onion, green chilies and chopped green coriander.
• Also add in cumin , red chilies, salt. Black pepper and mix it.
• Beat it and make an omlete.
• Cut it and add in boiled rice and mix it for 10 mins and close the stove.
