Ingredients:
Coconut Cream 1 tin
Pineapple Juice 2 cups
Pineapple Chunks 1 tin
Sugar 4 tbsp
Ice as required

Method:

• In a blender, add in coconut cream, 2 cups pineapple juice, 1 tin pine apple chunks, sugar and some ice.
• Pour them in glasses. Top it with pineapple chunks and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
