Ingredients:
Gram lentil 1 cup
Chopped Onions 3
Chopped Green Chilies 4
Chopped Red Chilies 8
Dry Mango Pieces 8
Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
Oil ½ cup
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Nigella Seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
• In a pan, add in ½ cup oil and add in 3 chopped onion and fry them till golden brown and take them out.
• Add in 1 cup gram lentil and wash them and boil them.
• Take out the excess water and let the gram lentil dry.
• Add in 1 tsp turmeric, some salt, 1 tsp nigella seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, chopped green chilies, dry mango pieces and 2 tbsp chopped ginger. Cook it.
• Add in oil and add in fried onion and 1 tbsp ginger garlic.
• Cook it and add in the gram lentil there.
• Add in water and cook it for 5- 10 mins simmer it and serve.
• Serve it hot with chapatti.
