INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Boneless ½ kg
Green Coriander 1 bunch
Onions 2
Crushed Garlic 2 tsp
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chopped Tomatoes 2
Green Chilies 4
Green Chilies with Vinegar 4
Oil 4 tbsp
Boiled Rice 2 cups
METHOD:
Do pieces of ½ kg boneless chicken and add 2 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and keep it for 20 minutes.
Now heat 4 tbsp oil and add 2 chopped onions. When onions get soft, then add 2 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp cumin, 1 bunch green coriander, ½ tsp salt, 4 green chilies and 2 chopped tomatoes and fry it on high heat.
Now add chicken in it and cover it. When chicken is done, then add 4 green chilies with vinegar. Also add 2 tbsp honey and turn off the stove.
Serve it with boiled rice.
