ham ko dushman ki nigahoUN se na dekha kiijiiye
piar hi piar haiN ham, ham pe bharosa kii jiiye

chend yadouN ke siwa hath na kuch aaye gaa
is terah umer-e-gurezaaN ka na peecha kiijiiye

roshni aurouN ke aangn maiN gawarah na sahii
kam se kam apne hi ghar maiN tu ujala kiijiiye

kia khabar kab wo chale aayeN ge milne ke liye
roz palkouN pe naee shammaiN jalaaya kiijiiye
