کیا خوب سجاتے ہیں بہاروں میں شجر کو
کڑی دھوپ میں اپنا آپ جلا دیتے ہیں

کتنے بےرحم شجر ہیں ، نئے پتوں کی خاطر
پرانے پتوں کی وفاؤں کو بھلا دیتے ہیں....!!
