Ingredients For Carrot Delight:
Carrot delight 1/2 kg
Sugar 250 gm
Milk 1/2 liter
Spaghetti boiled 1/2 packet
Condensed milk 100 ml
Khoya 125 gm
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Almond chopped 25 gm
Pistachio chopped 25 gm
Dry dates chopped 4-5
Kewra 2 tbsp


Method:


First pour water, grated carrots, boil it.
Then take out from water.
Now pour hot milk, sugar, kewra, boiled carrots.
Then add condensed milk, chopped cardamom, chopped almonds, pistachios cook it on low flame
Then add boiled spaghetti, khoya mix it well.
Serve it hot or cold when it becomes ready.
