Borjan (Pvt.) Limited, is a leading fashion footwear retailer, operating 80 shops country wide in a network spanning 50 cities across the landscape of Pakistan. Our goal is to increase the number of shops to 98 by the year 2015. Having a team of more than 700 dedicated employees and with the sights set on the goal, we seek to induct Dy. Manager Warehouse and Manager Sales.
Dy. Manager Warehouse
The selected candidate will perform as under:
1. Exercise and implement the standard operating procedures with high efficiency.
2. Implement cost efficient operational and logistic procedures and processes.
3. Implement the best warehouse practices.
4. Efficient utilization of space and ensuring products are stocked correctly; safely and as per SOPs.
Education: Preference will be given to the candidates having Masters
Degree in Supply Chain Management; however Graduates with six years relevant experience can also apply.
Experience: Must have at least four years experience in reputed Organization
Skills: The successful candidate should possess good managerial skills with ability to manage workforce of 100 plus personnel. Proficient to deliver high-quality performance even at extreme workload time. Be capable of using warehouse management system.
Manager Sales
The selected candidate will perform as under:
1. Develop new retail accounts, build and maintain good liaison with retail partners.
2. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve the sales targets.
3. Maximize and uplift the current brand portfolio through best client services and develop the new target market.
Education: The candidate should be an MBA (Marketing & Sales) from HEC
Recognized University. Experience: The candidate should have proven sales experience of at least
5 years in relevant field Skills: The candidate must possess strong communication and effective negotiation skills with ability to travel frequently.
