[CENTER]There I was sitting alone
drowning in my own thoughts...
fluttering of dried autumn leaves
& flickering lights of glow worms in the cold night
could not pull me through.
Then there was a soft, lilting music...
floating in the air of hostility,
which I could feel
...melting deep down into my ears
waking me up & then
I came to terms with the harsh reality...
There I was walking alone
all through the path-thorn studded
the journey was arduous
& my bare feet (fate) bled,
& left behind a trail of bloody footsteps
narrating the saga of my mute existence.
I stumbled, everytime I searched for company...
...concerning, caring and comforting
Then there was a tree nude & naked, with its
branches standing out
with the intention to achieve the unshakable balance
& its roots deep down penetrating the earth
to enable it to stand against all odds,
exuding with exuberance
of strength and confidence
There I was adoring the charismatic crescentric moon
& wondering, if destinies
are bound to change
like the phase of celestial body,
that shines the night
As I was awestruck & dumbfound
by the magical moon shadow
I saw the silhoutte, against
the curtain of impossibilities
like a flash it came, and was gone.
But that moment gave the immense pleasure
a reason to live & a meaning to smile
Here I am now, sitting and
penning down my flow of thoughts
as they take the form of words...
I feel glad & sad...
...glad because now they are no more volatile
sad because that intensity could not be reflected
through words.[/center]
