ok jee here again saab say pehle if some one dnt know what is Udon then itz a japanese NooDles here is the pic
 ok Udon introduction is done  abb baari Siu mai ke if u dnt know what is Siu main then here is the pic  itz made of flour & Fish meat but u can use any meat u like   Ingredients: 1 cup evaporated milk half cabbage 1 packet of Udon Half Green capsicum 5 / 6 Siu Main  Seasonings 2 Tbsp. soy sauce Salt pinch of chat masala (optional) Toppings BHT sara Cheese  it    open udon packages and loosen up udon by running warm water.  Enjoy!
