Suno jaana !
Zamaanay mein
Hein aisay log bhi jin ko
Wafa ki baat kerna hi nahi aati
Labon per moher-e-khaamoshi sajaaye
Chiraaghon ki terhan chup chaap
Khud apni aag mein jall ker
Fana ho jaatay hein laykin
Mohabbat k khazeenay ko
Dilon ki qaber say baahir
Kabhi baahir nahi laatay !

Suno jaana !
Main khud bhi bad-naseebon, bay-zabaanon ki
Usi hi sif mein shaamil hoon
Jo teray roo-ba-roo ab tak
Zabaan per laa saka nahi dil ki baat ko
Suno bas tum say itni si guzaarish hai
Meri weeraan aankhon ko
Kabhi tum ghour say dekho
Jo her pall her ghari tum say
Lahoo mein ter-ba-ter ho ker
Yehi kehti hein hasrat say
Hamein tum say mohabbat hai
Hamein tum say mohabbat hai !
