Udaas shamoon main lout kar woh ana bhool jata tha
Kar ke khafa mujhko manana bhool jata tha

Inhi khaslatoon ne uski mujhe badnam kar dala
Woh likh ke naam dewaroon pe mitana bhool jata tha

Mat pooch muhabbat main laparwai us ki
De ke zakham woh marham lagana bhool jata tha

Kitna dilnasheen hota tha us ki yaad ka manzar
Woh jab bhi yaad ata tha zamana bhool jata tha
