Ashkon ka sailaab umad pada majboor hokar
is bebasi par dil cheekh utha choor hokar

chand ki chandni bhi jism ko jalane lagi hai
kitne zakhm khaai tum se duur hokar

saaya bhi mera sath chhod gaya ghabrakar
ishq main tanha mera safar raha nasoor hokar

waqt ki gardishen hauslon ko na nigal saki
dil jazba-e-khuda se bhar gaya noor hokar

aarzoo na rahi ab aur jeene ki ya khudaya
saqt hogaya dil gamon se choor hokar.....!
