us ko bhi bachana hai khud ko bhi bachana hai
aik simt hai zaat apni aik simt zamana hai
andhi se hamen zid hai aik deep jalana hai
hum dono ko banta hai darya ke kinaron ne
is simt bhi rehna hai us simt bhi jana hai
ye ishq to fitrat hai kese ho juda mujh se
ye rog hai matti ka aur sadiyon purana hai
basti hi chupa li phir us shakhs ne hathon mein
itna jo kaha main ne aik shahar basana hai
aik ankh hai sehra to aik ankh samandar hai
kya janye is dil mein kis kis ko samana hai
kehne ko bohat kuch hai, ai saad magar hum ne
aik wada nibhana hai aik dard chupna hai
