Little Samosas

1lb. ground beef
2-3 onions finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic(or more if u like gralic)
1 bunch of parsley
2 eggs
cinnamon
salt
black pepper
tyj spring roll wrappers(they're the best)

note on the spices: unfortunately i can't give an exact amount because i don't measure. i learned back home from my sister in law, so she doesn't measure. just remember that cinnamon is a strong spice so go easy on it.

1. saute the ground beef with the spices, onion and garlic. try to get the meat as small as u can and keep it on medium low heat.let all it natural juices come out. if neccessary, add a little water to meat. one the meat is done, set is aside and let it cool.

2. fry the egg in a seperate pan like u would a scrambled egg, again, make sure its small.when done, take that and add to the meat. and continue to let cool.

3. right before wrapping them in the wrappers, chop about half the bunch of parsley, finely chopped. mix that really well with the cooled meat.

4. now its time to wrap them in the wrapper. to make sure they close, mix a tblsp of flour in half-full cup of water. this will keep the closed and so they won't open when its time to fry them.

5. now u just fry them until golden brown. remember the meat is already cooked, so u don't have to fry them for a long time. garnish with lemon wedges and sahtein!

Wassalam
