Pasta Omelette



Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup leftover dresses pasta
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp olive oil

Method

Beat eggs
Add all the ingredients except cheese and oil, mix well
Heat oil in a pan
Pour the mixture
Tilt the pan from all sides, so it spreads all over the pan
Put the grated cheese
Cover and let it cook till cheese melts
Slide into plate
Cut into 4 pieces
Serve hot
