apas mein kya batein kertey raat, diya or mein

sair-e-chhaman adat thi pehley ab majboori hai
teri talash mein chal pertey hein bad-e-saba or mein

jisko dkeho teri hava mein pagal phirta hai
werna hum mashrab to nahi they khalq-e-khuda or mein

aik to wo humraz mera hai phir tera maddah
bas tera hi ziker kya kertey hein Zia or mein

aik zamaney bad 'Faraz' ye shair kahey meine
ik muddat se miley nahi hein yaar mera or mein

Tere Dil Main Meri Sanso Ko Panah Mil Jaey
Tere Ishq Main Meri Jaan Fana Ho Jaey
