بے چین بہت پھرنا گھبرائے ھوئے رہنا
اک آگ سی جذبوں کی دھکائے ھوئے رہنا

چھلکائے ھوئے چلنا خوشبو لب لعلیں کی
اک باغ سا ساتھ اپنے مہکائے ھوئے رہنا

اس حسن کا شیوہ ہے جب عشق نظر آئے
پردے میں چلے جانا شرمائے ھوئے رہنا

اک شام سی کر رکھنا کاجل کے کرشمے سے
اک چاند سا آنکھوں میں چمکائے ھوئے رہنا

عادت ہی بنا لی ھے تم نے تو منیر اپنی
جس شہر میں بھی رہنا اکتائے ھوئے رہنا
