Jo zakham mila tere hijar se wo phir kabhi sila nahi
Baray shoq se, baray cha'ao se
Maine naam tera rakha wafa
Mere humnashein mere humnawa
Tu ne ki magar wafa nahi
Teri yaad mein hoon darbardar
Tujhe dhoondta main shehar shehar
Kisi or ka na main ho saka jab
Tu hi mujhe mila nahi
Kal raat meri chaand se batein teri hoti rahi
Wo bhi raat bhar jaga raha
Main bhi raat bhar soya nahi
