Ye jo dasht-e-dard hai ishq ka.
Mujhay is say koi gilla nahe.
Ye to zindagi ka asool hai.
Kabhi apna koi huwa nahe.
Ye jo silsila hai ek dard ka.
Ye tohfa yunhe MilLa nahe.
Tu jise jaan kar b anjaan hai.
Wo raaz main nay kaha nahe.
Mujhay apni khabar to hai magar.
Taire soch ka kuch pata nahe.
Ye jo ansu hain maire ankh main.
Be sabab he to ye baha nahe.
Ye sadaa se jo hai Goonjti.
Wo lafz Tunay kaha nahe.
Maira jurm hai maire saadgi.
Maire or koi Khataaa nahe........
