Jo Log Jaan Bujh Ke Nadaan Ban Gaye
mera Khayal hai ki vo insan ban gaye
ham hashr men gaye magar kuch na puchiye
vo jaan bujh kar vahaan anjaan ban gaye
hansate hain ham ko dekh ke arbaab-e-aagahi
ham aap ki mizaaj ki pahachaan ban gaye
majhdhaar tak pahunchana to himmat ki baat thi
sahil ke aas paas hi tufaan ban gaye
insaniyat ki baat to itani hai shaikh ji
badqismati se aap bhi insan ban gaye
kaante bahut the daaman-e-fitarat men ai "Adam"
kuch phul aur kuch mere armaan ban gaye
