teri khushbu nhi milti ,taira lehja nhi milta
hamain to shehar may koi tairey jaisa nhi milta

ye kesi dhundh may hum tum safar aaghaz kar baithey
tumhey aankhain nhi milti hamain chehra nhi milta

har ik tadbeer apni raaygan thehri muhabbat may
kisi bhi khawab ko taabeer ka rasta nhi milta

bhala is k dkhon ki raat ka koi mudava hay
wo maan jisko kabhi khoya hua bacha nhi milta

zamaney ko qareene se wo apne saath rakhta hay
magar maire liye isko koi lamha nhi milta

musafat may dua_e_abr inka saath deti hay
jinhey sehra k daman may koi darya nhi milta

jahan zulmat ragon may apne panjey gaar deti hay
issi tareek rastey par diya jalta nhi milta
