Ingredients



•½ kg mutton
•½ kg turnip
•2 carrots
•3 sliced onions
•4 green chilies
•4 lemons
•4 tomatoes
•1 bunch fresh coriander
•1 cup yogurt
•1 cup oil
•1 tsp turmeric powder
•1 tsp hot spices powder
•1 tsp sugar
•1 tbsp red chili powder
•1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
•2 tbsp coriander powder
•3 tbsp roasted flour
•Salt to taste

Ingredients for Kofta
250 grams beef mince
2 bread slices
1 tsp ground cumin powder
1 tsp hot spices powder

Method
In a cooking pot, add ½ kg mutton, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, salt to taste and 1 cup oil and cook. Chop each turnip into two and carrot into small pieces. Chop 250 grams beef mince, 2 bread slices, 1 tsp ground white cumin and 1 tsp hot spices powder and form the mix into shape of kofta. When mutton is tender and water dried up, add a cup of yogurt. Shallow fry turnip, carrot and kofta and add to mutton mix. Also add tomatoes and sautι. When you see oil separated from the remaining gravy, add 2 cups of Luke warm water and 1 tsp hot spices powder and put on dam on low flame. Dissolve 3 tbsp roasted flour in some water and pour the mix into the gravy. Also add a bunch of fresh coriander, 4 lemon juice and 4 green chilies and serve
