saaGar se lab lagaa ke bahut Khush hai zindage
sahan-e-chaman mein aake bahut Khush hai zindage

aa jaao aur bhi zaraa nazadiik jaan-e-man
tum ko qariib paake bahut Khush hai zindage

hotaa koee mahal bhi to kyaa puchate ho phir
be-wajah muskuraa ke bahut Khush hai zindage

saahil pe bhi to itani shagufataa rawish na the
tuufaaN ke beech aake bahut Khush hai zindage

wiraan dil hai aur "Adam" zindagi kaa raqs
jangal mein ghar banaake bahut Khush hai zindagii
