* bhindi (1/2 k) *salt+red pepper+chat masala (Ratio= 1:1/2:1) *onions (1 medium size) *garlic (1 medium size) *tomato puree (1 tablespoon) *tomatoes *green chilli (4-5) Recepie: 1. Fill the bhindi with a mixture of salt+red pepper+chat masala (Ratio= 1:1/2:1) 2. Fry the bhindi 3. In another pan make masala with onions, garlic, tomato puree, and the masala mixture remaining from bhindi. 4. Add the fried bhindi to the masala 5. Slice onions, tomatoes, and green chilli. 6. stiry fry onions and green chillies. 7. After few mins add sliced tomatoes and stir fry them for few more mins. 8. Add the onion tomatoe mixture to the bhindi in masala. Incorporate them in each other. Leave it on dum for few mins. Enjoy with chutney/achar and roti. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
