Phir wohi Ghuttan, Ranjish aur wohhi shikwa gilla

Maangi thi sej phoolon say sajji huye
Phir kyun mujhe kaanton bhara bister milla
Tu hi bata ae zindagi mujhe tujh say kya milla

Chaha tha Ek mazboot sahara ho mera
Phir kyun huwa key ek jhonkay say mera wajood girra
Tu hi bata ae zindagi mujhe tujh say kya milla

Ki thi Mohabbat meine bhi Dil-O-Jan say
Phir kyun bewafai say milla mujhe her wafa ka sila
Tu hi bata ae zindagi mujhe tujh say kya milla

Udti rahi bas sookhae patte si hawa mein
Phir kyun mujhe naa hi Zami aur naa hi Aasma milla
Tu hi bata ae zindagi mujhe tujh say kya milla
