Dil ki baatay hazar hoti hain

Piyar may pata chal raha hay abb
Kasay nindhay kharab hoti hain

Zamana kuo dushman banta hay
Kasa sunna baatay azab hoti hain

Samajh may kuch nahi aata Sameer
Aqal ki batay baykar hoti hain
