ab jab masala oil chor de to is main kaleji gurday dal ker 10 min bhunein aur ab aik se derh glass pani dal ker pani dal ker steam laga dein 10,15 min per darmiyan main aik daffa check zarur kerein k kahin jal na jaye jab gal jaye to agar azafi pani ho to taiz aanch per bhunte bhunte khushk kerien aur phir bhunte bhunte jab oil chorne lage




to ab hara dhaniya dal ekr dish out kerein



garam garam naan k sath ya tanduri roti k sath sath salad aur hari chutni bhi dahiw ali ho to maza dobala ho jata hai
