Hamare darmiyan aisa koee rishta nahi tha!
Teray shanoo pe koyee chahat nahi thee
Mere zimmein koee aangan nahi tha
Koee wada teree zanjeer pa banane nahi paya
Kisee iqraar ne mere kalaaee ko nahi thama
Hawa dasht kee manind
Tu azaad tha
Raste teree marzi ke taabae thay
Mujhe bhee apnee tanhaee pe
Dekha jae tu
Pura tasaruf thaa
Magar jab aaj tu ne
Raasta badala
Tu kuch aisaa laga mujh ko
Ke jaise tu ne mujh se be-wafaee kee!

Wo zakhm den to ham dua dete hain
unki nafrat pe ham ye sila dete hain
uski zindagi mai na gham aye koi
jo har baat pe mera dil dukha dete hain...
Kal fursat na mili to kya karogay
itni mohlat na mili to kya karogay
roz hamai rula dete ho kar k udas
kal agar hamari ankhen hi na khulin to kya karogay...
