kya ye bhi zindgi hai ki rahat kabhi na ho
aisi bhi to kisi se mohabbat kabhi na ho

wada zaroor karte hain ate nahi kabhi
phir ye bhi chahte hain shikayat kabhi na ho

sham-e-visal bhi ye tagaful ye berokhi
teri raza hai mujhko masrat kabhi na ho

ahbab ne diye hain mujhe kis tarah fareb
mujhsa bhi koi sada tabiyat kabhi na ho

lab to ye kah rahe hain ke uth barh ke choom le
ankhoo ka ye ishara ke jurrat kabhi na ho

dil chahta hai phir wahi fursat ke rat din
mujhko to tere Khayal se fursat kabhi na ho
