ek maaii phirtii he sitaaray le ker

kitne hii shahr maiN shadi shuda log
aa jaate haiN khuwaab kaNware le ker

Hum jaisay log bhii zindah he YaheeN
haraf sood-o-zyaaN ke saaray le ker

shahr maiN aatay hii rakH dete haiN
izzet-o-dastaar ham kinaaray le ker
