Kitne Itminaan se woh thukra gaye mujhe,
Aansoo bana ke aankh se tapka gaye mujhe...

Kaisi yeh rehbari thi yeh kaisa fareb tha,
Manzil dikha ke raah se bhatka gaye mujhe...

Khamosh nigahon se kahani suna gaye,
Lafzon ke har phaire mein atka gaya mujhe...

Mujh ko bhi bachpan ka ek mazaq samaj ke,
Chhoti si ek hansi mein uraa gaya mujhe...

Do din mein uss ke dil se mohabat utar gayi,
Aur do hi din mein yaad se mita gaye mujhe.

Azeez Hogaye Hain Hum Har Dard Ko Seene Se Lagane Ke Liye,
Alfaaz Ro Rahe Hain Aaj Hamare Apna Ghum Sunane Ke Liye...

Kitni Mayoos Aur Pareshan Hain Hamari Ankhein,
Dhoondti Hain Koi Saathi Apna Ghum Batane Ke Liye...

Toot Raha Dil Lamha Lamha, Kaleja Cheer Cheer Ho Gaya,
Kat Rahi Hai Zindagi Ab Bas AnsOo Bahane Ke Liye.
