Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
Bread 3 slices soaked in water
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Method
Boil chicken with ginger garlic, salt, pepper and Wooster sauce with 1 cup water till tender, remove and shred chicken and mix with the left over thick masala. Mix in the soaked slices of bread, also add 1 egg, mix well, add in 1 egg with coriander leaves and green chilies, make into balls, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in crumbs and fry.
