کچھ لمحے نومبر کے
ہم نے یوں گزارے ہیں
موسم اسکی یادوں کے
تصویر میں اتارے ہیں

کپکپاتے ہونٹوں سے
ڈگمگاتی دھڑکن سے
ہم نے اپنے خالق سے
بس دعا یہ مانگی ہے

اب کی بار دسمبر میں
جب بھی بادل اتریں تو
بس یہی تمنا ہے

نفرتوں کی بارش میں
دشمنوں کی سازش میں
بس اسی گزارش میں

زندگی کو جینے کا
اختیار مل جائے
اے مرے خدا سب کو
اپنا پیار مل جائے!!!
