 Recipe Ingredients Flour1cup Grated Carrots1cup Baking powder½ tsp Baking soda½ tsp Cinnamon powder½ tsp Nutmeg 1/4tsp Salt1/4tsp Salt1/4tsp Sugar1cup Eggs2 Curd½ cup Oil½ cup Royal icingfor decorating Recipe Method Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4tsp and ¼ tsp salt in a bowl. Beat 1cup sugar, 2eggs, and 1/2 cup curd and1/2 cup oil. Now add flour mixture in egg mixture and allow mixing. Then add 1cup grated carrots. Now pour the mixture in greased pan of oven at 180-200 for 20 min. Garnish with royal icing an deserve
