A traditional Pakistani iftar table is incomplete without all those deep-fried spicy items that our desi taste buds are so fond of! Of course there is no harm in treating yourself with few fritters or samosas but if you’re trying to loose weight then better watch out what you eat. Here is a great little recipe with low calories for iftar that will provide you your daily dose of spice and masala in minimum calories.

GRAM SALAD
There is no better way of adding fresh vegetables and beans to your iftar table than this salad. The dressing used in it contains all of our desi spices so you and your family will definitely enjoy it!
