DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Qualification & Experience;
♦ Masters in Supply Chain Management or Masters in Finance.
♦ At least 5-7 years of relevant managerial experience in Pharmaceuticals industry.
Job Description:
♦ Oversee warehouse operations.
♦ Develop and implement a logistics process.
♦ Inventory goods that arrive from factory and dispatch finished products.
♦ Monitor progress of major shipments to ensure receipt and also direct the activities of other related departments.
♦ Collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
♦ Ensure goods are stored properly and at the right temperature.
♦ Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties.
♦ Decide appropriate quantities of items to stock and ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.
♦ Take orders over the phone, Internet, or through email and negotiate contracts and prices.
♦ Prepare production demands and following up regarding completion of demands.
HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT
Qualification & Experience:
♦ CA/ACCA/Masters in Finance.
♦ At least 6-8 years of relevant managerial experience in Pharmaceuticals industry.
Job Description:
♦ Identify, allocate and perform tasks, coordinate/monitor work, control audit / assignment resources, consolidate results, and other project duties.
♦ Plan and execute assignments in accordance with the Company Policy on Internal Audit, and with the relevant operational better practices and the annual internal audit plan.
♦ Coach staff throughout the audit/review with the view to ensuring conformity with applicable policy and procedures in all phases of the audit process.
♦ Document, evaluate and test manual and automated systems and controls to determine their existence, adequacy, effectiveness and continuity.
♦ Develop and discuss findings, recommendations and time lines for corrective action with responsible officer of operations audited and monitor the implementation status of agreed recommendations.
♦ Perform audit review of work performed by assistant auditors, prior to the Chief Executive's review.
♦ Identify training needs with respect to auditing approaches, tools and techniques and remain current through an ongoing commitment to participation in learning and development.

♦ Accounting, finance, human resources, technology, facilities management, operations and internal auditing principles and methodology.
♦ Internal audit role, objectives, governance, reporting, and engagement management processes.
♦ Teamwork & Cooperation, Analytical Thinking , Customer / Client Development, Professional Judgment,Results Orientation , Service Orientation.
