aaya tha ghar sanwarnay ihsaan kar gaya
barbaadion ka aur b saaman kar gaya

ab takk ossi ki yaad meri zindgi hai
do char pal ki mujh sy jo moulqaat kar gaya

aankhon ne jis k shouqq mein aankhein sajjien thi
khawaabo ki anjmun wohi veeran kar gaya

jhonka naseem-subah ka aaya tha magr
gulshan ki har kalii ko veeran kar gaya hai
