Woh mere har jhoot se khush hota
Jise hamesha sach bolne ki aadat thi

Woh ek aanso bhi girne per khafa hota tha
Jise tanhai mein rone ki aadat thi

Woh kehta tha ke mujhe bhool jaye ga
Jise meri har baat yaad rakhne ki aadat thi

Hamesha maafi mangne ke gar se
Roz galtiyan kerna uski aadat thi

Woh jo dil o jaan nichaver kerta tha mujh per
Magar choti si baat per rothna us ki aadat thi

Hum us ke saath chal diye yeh jante huwe bhi
Raah mein har ek ko chor dena us ki aadat thi

Titliyon ko pakarna us ki aadat thi
Har ek se larna us ki aadat thi
