dard kii baarish sahii maddham zaraa aahistaa chal
dil kii miTTii hai abhii tak nam zaraa aahistaa chal

tere milane aur phir tere bichhar jaane ke biich
faasalaa rusvaaii kaa hai kam zaraa aahistaa chal

apane dil hii mein nahiin hai us kii maharuumii kii yaad
us kii aankhon mein bhii hai shabanam zaraa aahistaa chal

koii bhii ho ham-safar 'Raashid' na ho Khush is qadar
ab ke logon mein vafaa hai kam zaraa aahistaa chal
