Aik deewaani chakori,dekho!
Chaand-raatoN se rooTh beiThi hai

Jab se jaana k muntazir hai wo
Nind aankhoN se rooTh beiThi hai

RaftagaaN ki seher-gari shayad
Meri aahoN se rooTh beiThi hai

Baarish-e-rehmat-e-Khuda-e-kul
Aaj shaahoN se rooTh beiThi hai

Choor ab k hui hai kuch aise
Aas,waa'doN se rooTh beiThi hai

Aisa lagta hai ab meri manzil
Meri raahoN se rooTh beiThi hai
